1. Data Dashboard The platform intuitively presents data from front-end smart devices and sensors (temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, pressure, flow, illuminance, pH, PM2.5, PM10, etc.), while monitoring the operational status of all equipment.
2. Remote Monitoring Production parameters such as flow, pressure, power, and temperature from front-end devices are displayed through SCADA visualizations, with support for both manual and automatic remote control of data acquisition and monitoring.
3. Data Management & Analytics Data is stored in real-time, with automatic generation of system alarm records and equipment operation logs. Through big data filtering, processing, and analysis of production parameters, various production reports and curves are automatically generated to assist users in making intelligent decisions.
4. Intelligent Alarms Abnormal data or diagnostic results trigger alarms through text and sound notifications, achieving real-time alerting.
5. Video Monitoring Cameras perform intelligent analysis on-site. When anomalies are detected, alarm information is pushed to the platform. Users can view on-site images or videos within the alarm notifications via PC or mobile app.
6. Maintenance Management The platform dispatches on-site information and maintenance tasks to repair personnel. Field workers submit maintenance workflows through the mobile app or official account, making the entire repair request, assignment, and maintenance process more efficient.
